The World in Photos is the first free database of Pictures of the World that everyone can access and edit.

OBJECTIVE

The aim is to create an online international community of travelers and photo enthusiasts from all around the world who want to share their pictures, their tips, their information and the culture of their country and their city, in severeal foreign languages.

Therefore we have developed a social network portal to which anyone can subscribe and participate.

TWIP TOOLS

The Photo Album: anyone can submit and share pictures from all around the world (landscapes, cities, monuments, archeological sites, national parcs, etc.). Pictures are sorted by continent, country, city and place. The pictures you submit are published in the TWIP main photo album (twip.org) but also in your private album that you can share with family and friends.

Comments: You can leave a comment to each and every picture. Don’t hesitate to write something if you want to share your feeling or to give an information. Click on the "Add a comment" link above the picture and put your comment.

E-cards: Pictures from other members are copyrighted, but you can use them for free to send an E-card (electronic post card) to your family and friends. Click on the "Send an E-card" link above the picture and follow the steps.

Blog: updated weekly with travel and places information and pictures, the blog is a good tool to learn more about the different countries and cities of the world. You can submit your own articles. Send them by email to info at twip.org. The blog is written in English, French and Thai.

Forums: TWIP forums are the right place to start a conversation with a fellow traveler/photo enthusiast. This is also where you can share your good tips, prepare your next trip, ask for information or help other travelers to discover the world.

RSS Feeds: keep you posted with all the latest updates (new pictures, new articles, etc.).
