 Temple of Bacchus - The Temple of Bacchus was one of the three main temples at a large temple complex in Classical Antiquity, at Baalbek in Lebanon. The temple was dedicated to Bacchus (also known as Dionysus), the Roman God of wine, but was traditionally referred to by Neoclassical visitors as the 'Temple of the Sun'. It is considered one of the best preserved Roman temples in the world.

 Rajavihara - This was the temple chosen by the Ecole Francaise d'Extreme-Orient to be left in its natural state, as an example of how most of Angkor looked on its discovery in the 19th century. This was an inspired decision, and involved a significant amount of work to prevent further collapse and enough clearing of vegetaton to allow entry.  Temple Neuf - Le Temple Neuf vue depuis la place de la République. Havre de paix dans une rue des Allemands aux commerces pittoresques et cosmopolites, l'Eglise Saint-Eucaire semble avoir traversé les siècles sans dommage. Ramassée sur elle-même, du fait de la proximité du rempart, elle a gardé son puissant clocher donjon roman. En 1886, le Conseil Municipal et le Conseil Presbytéral se réunissent et discutent d'un projet de construction. En 1898, la Municipalité de Metz accorde à la communauté réformée un terrain appelé 'Jardin d'Amour' pour l'érection d'un temple de style néo-roman. L'architecte retenu sera M. Wahn. Malgré les protestations des habitants, l'empereur Guillaume II fait poser la première pierre le 25 novembre 1901, en présence du Gouverneur de la ville, puis vient avec son épouse inaugurer le temple le samedi 14 mai 1904 à 11 h 15. Le Temple Neuf rassemble encore aujourd'hui la communauté protestante réformée du centre de Metz. La paroisse possède un orgue de 52 jeux sur trois claviers et pédalier en traction entièrement mécanique. Cet orgue de Ernest Mühleisen est le meilleur instrument néoclassique de la ville, régulièrement utilisé pour les concours du Conservatoire National de Région et pour de nombreux récitals, donnés par des organistes réputés.  Coastal town - It is believed that ancient Ulqini was founded in the 5th century B.C. by Greeks from colchis, during colonization of the region. The colchian colonization is mentioned in the 3rd century B.C. poem by Apollonius of Rhodos. Illyrians lived in the region at that time, under Greek influence they built immense so-called "Cyclopean walls". These walls are the remains of the oldest habitation in today's Old Town and Ulqinis Cyclopean walls are the oldest of the kind in the Adriatic coast.
