Loznica Orthodox church - Crkva Pokrova Bogorodice se nalazi u današnjem centru Loznice a nekadašnjem utvrđenju pod imenom Loznički grad. Podignuta je 1873. godine. U crkvi su ikone i 32 umetnička predmeta. Izgrađena je u Vizantijskom stilu i visoka je 42 m. Hram ima tri mala i jedan veliki toranj, a podignut je na uzvišenju, tako da se može videti sa svih strana. Crkva u Loznici - Loznica Orthodox church - Crkva Pokrova Bogorodice se nalazi u današnjem centru Loznice a nekadašnjem utvrđenju pod imenom Loznički grad. The English colonel Leake, who passed from Preveza in 1805, records ruins of houses built according to the venetian style. Preveza preserves until today certain architectural ensembles that are interesting to the visitors: industrial buildings of the '30s and neoclassical houses of the period after World War I. St Francis and St Bernardine Church were built at XV/XVI for city's defensive, which is why it has guard towers with archer' holes. Rebuilt in XVI/XVII with aspects of Renaissance and Baroque style. The Monastery of St. George of Koziba, nestled in the lush valley of the Wadi Qelt, was founded in 420 CE by five hermits. It was built next to the cave where the prophet Elijah stopped enroute from Sinai and was fed by ravens. Numerous cave-dwelling hermits lived here in imitation of the great prophet. The monastery was abandoned after the Persians swept through the valley in the 600s and massacred 14 monks. It was restored again by the Crusaders in 1179. The present monastery was rebuilt around 1900 by the Greek Orthodox Church.
